Outsourced Financial Services. In-House Efficiency.

Our Team

Complete Back Office, founded in 2013 with the goal of lightening the financial paperwork load for small business owners and nonprofits, works with clients in a wide range of industries from government contractors to nonprofits to restaurants and private schools. Early on, we realized that many of our clients needed more than someone to take over their “books.” Many needed the advice of experts to clean-up, re-design, or set up a new accounting system customized to their business needs. Some required fine-tuning of their internal operations. We introduced evidence-based financial practices into their organizations so that they could be the best leaders in their industry.

Our success and growth could not have happened without our team of exceptional accounting professionals. We are entrepreneurs, CPA’s, MBA’s, and IT specialists. We share a love of numbers and passion for seeing our clients thrive.
