Complete Back Office, founded in 2013 with the goal of lightening the financial paperwork load for small business owners and nonprofits, works with clients in a wide range of industries from government contractors to nonprofits to restaurants and private schools. Early on, we realized that many of our clients needed more than someone to take over their “books.” Many needed the advice of experts to clean-up, re-design, or set up a new accounting system customized to their business needs. Some required fine-tuning of their internal operations. We introduced evidence-based financial practices into their organizations so that they could be the best leaders in their industry.

Vicki Price, Founder, and CEO
Vicki founded Complete Back Office in 2013. She draws on 30+ years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies, small nonprofit organizations, and small businesses (including several of her own). Vicki is highly skilled in all areas of back-office operations including finance, accounting, bookkeeping, IT, HR, and payroll. With a degree in mathematical economics, Vicki is always looking for the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for everyday business challenges. She takes a personal interest in seeing each client’s business thrive.
Vicki is a graduate of Wake Forest University (mathematical economics) and Leadership Arlington Class of 2008. She is a member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce and Awesome Women Entrepreneurs (AWE). She is a volunteer patient companion at Virginia Hospital Center. For fun, Vicki cycles, golfs, skis, practices yoga, gardens, and cooks.
Pia Dinon-Clark, Operations Manager
Pia joined Complete Back Office in 2017 bringing with her over nine years of financial, managerial, and development experience with a local nonprofit. Pia’s prior work experience at a large national firm gives her the expertise our clients need in a wide range of financial and managerial services, including finance, budgeting, project management, accounting, and bookkeeping. With a master’s degree in business administration, she knows how to help small businesses leverage their resources to their greatest advantage.
Pia is a graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (MBA) and has a BA in French from Rosemont College. She is a member of the Arlington Women’s Civic Alliance and volunteers at Arlington Free Clinic. For fun, she participates in an outdoor fitness group, cooks, and travels.

Yvette Escobar, Senior Accountant/Quality Assurance Associate
Yvette is a licensed CPA with over seven years of accounting and audit experience (including four years with PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Assurance and Business Advisory Associate). She has a passion for accounting and especially for the accuracy and clarity of financial reports. Yvette is from Houston, Texas and is a graduate of University of Texas at Austin (Master in Professional Accounting and Bachelor in Business Administration).
